Clause 1: Course Details

  • Course Title: Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) with Mr. Salah Shibl.
  • Lecture Schedule: Weekly sessions according to the timetable announced by the instructor (subject to change at the instructor’s discretion).
  • Delivery: More than 22 online live sessions via Zoom (or equivalent platform).
  • Course Includes:
    • Mock exams simulating the actual exam.
    • Practice with official question kits and past exams.
    • Video or audio recordings of all sessions depending on the chosen package.
    • Full study handouts for revision.
    • Technical support for exam and membership registration.
    • WhatsApp Q&A support group.
    • Materials prepared with motion graphics and animation.

Clause 2: Subscription Packages

  • Audio Package:
    • Attend live sessions and receive audio recordings.
    • Access to Telegram support group.
  • Website Package:
    • Attend live sessions and access video recordings via the official website.
    • Includes all benefits of the Audio Package.
    • Website account works on one device only. Any attempt to log in from another device may deactivate the account.

Clause 3: Registration

  • Registration is confirmed once the student submits the required information (full name, email, WhatsApp number, and selected package).
  • Access credentials will be shared before the course start.

Clause 4: Refund Policy

  • Orientation lecture counts as the first lecture.
  • 100% refund before the course starts.
  • 100% refund after the 1st lecture.
  • 80% refund after the 2nd lecture.
  • 70% refund after the 3rd lecture.
  • No refund or postponement after the 4th lecture.

Clause 5: General Conditions

  • Access credentials are personal and must not be shared.
  • Any attempt to distribute, share, or copy course materials without permission will result in suspension of access.
  • The instructor reserves the right to modify the schedule or delivery method if necessary.
